fmod.dll and windows XP sp3

i have probleb with fmod,after installing sp3 for my windows!and programs,whose worked fine in my old os doesnot work!i have this error

B4X:

unable to load dll 'fmod.dll' (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

and on my second PC (windows xp sp3 installed to) i have this error too!
test and examples with fmod in IDE doesnot work too.FMODCE.dll is in app folder...

To use FMOD library on the desktop FMOD.dll (not FMODCE.dll) should be in the app folder.

They are not available from fmod - interactive audio middleware anymore.

Are new versions (fmodex) compatible?

If they are not and we can't get the correct versions of fmod and fmodce I think the fmod library is useless.

Any solution?
