Android Question Folder Creation

I got the following error messages when i tried my Notes on a samsung A30. It work fine with my Device, a Vivo , lolipop.

you don't have permission to write / read from that folder

As it says - permission denied. Looks like you may be targeting SDK 23 or higher.
