I don't think that anyone already created a library wrapping these features.

By "mapping DLL" do you mean GpsToolsNET.dll? I've looked at the documentation for that and I am afraid there would be far too much work involved to expose the functionality of that as a Basic4ppc library unless it was only a small subset of it that you wanted to use.

Worse! It's not managed code it's native.
