Android Question Generate xml for jar file

Hello,
I have a jar file and want to use it in my project, but since it has no xml file I'm unable to load it.
Is there any way to generate corresponding xml for this jar file?
It's a library for advertising, and i don't have the source of the lib.

It seems that I have to create a wrapper to use this library.
Any help is appreciated.
(I'll pay for the wrapper if you're interested)
