Geocoding for israel

Hi,
I need to be able to geocode (get lat,lon) an address.
I've tried using google API and it works fine for all addresses except Israeli ones.
It returns the coordinates for the city center.

Waze has a FREE API: ????? Waze

It would be great if you could write a library supporting that API.
