Google adsense - Tax residency question?

Adsense is asking me to submit documentation to prove my UK tax residency. I've tried my driving licence and a letter from HMRC, but neither work. Does anyone know what I need to submit to satisfy them? I'm a solo developer and don't have a Limited company listing for my developer account, just a basic name I work under.

It's frustrating as Google really don't help much on this.
