i could upload a file successfully to my drive , using this :

however , i set a dedicated google drive for my application , so that all users would upload their file (example.txt) on this specific dedicated drive (and also to their own drives if i have to).
so how to upload/share the same file also to another account's Drive ...
p.s : this is in internal app with only a small known user list .
