It depends on from where bought it.. if from 99c store then yes..
When copying, Chinese do two things.
1) they make it more appealing and beautiful than the original, and Chinese are #1 in the world in fine arts..
2) they put additional functionality to make it more competitive.
3) they make more than a model for different pockets. Our traders go there and buy the least expensive products, so we should only blame greedy companies!

Even this one, flip the box and I give you a dollar if it didn't say Made in China.
I know the process is tightly controlled by Google at Foxconn or other Chinese manufacturer, but,
well, this is the beginning of the story. In China, tightly controlled means no information should leak out

Google is only up to 1.0 and this Chinese company is up to 2.0 already.

This one is extra special as it cost more then $2K. (must be because it's the explorer edition 2.0).
