Google Wallet - Can I have one?

Hi guys

I plan to start trying to make some bucks with in-app billing...
So, I started peeking the google wallet stuff...
Do I really need to be a Company to have a G-Wallet?
How do you "Private" developers solve this?

I don't think you need to have a company to open Google Wallet account.. but didn't try it.

Nope : if you provide free apps you don't need to be a company. But in France, if you get more than 10% of your annual incomes you need to register at least as an "auto entrepreneur" and pay fees and taxes on your incomes. So if you plan to make "big money", you'll have to be a company.

Edit: if you make less than 10% of your incomes you will declare them as "extra profits" on your annual revenues

@lemonisdead , Thanks, but that's the next issue I will have... but for now I just want to know if/how I can create a Google Wallet being a private entitie...
BTW, what would I need to do become a company, I mean what would be the steps?

For creating your Google wallet account you need a Credit Card and go to wallet.google (some information in French)
To register as an "auto entrepreneur" : http://www.lautoentrepreneur.fr/
