GPS questions

Does anyone know if basic4android possible to :

1. Create GPS application like tomtom / garmin interface ?

2. Provide turn by turn signal ?

3. Create GPS use google map with bird view ?

4. Create GPS use downloadable map file (ex : garmin IMG file) ?

Any advice or ideas will be appreciated.
