The app is a language learning app targeting learners in developing countries, so it needs to handle strings, text-to-speech and/or audio play, and potentially image display.
I feel very comfortable in VB.NET and have a prototype WinForms project developed in Visual Studio. So lots of questions would revolve around which VB.NET features I can and can't use in B4A. (eg the Collection types Dictionaries, Hashsets and Lists)
The consultation could be ongoing, to help out whenever I get stuck, or even develop parts of the app. But even just an initial guidance would be great!
I'm used to working via upwork, but paypal could also be ok.
