Android Question has been suspended and removed from Google Play

I Really feel frustrated, every time I upload and application to google market.
the send me this :

After review,XXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX.XXX, has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the unauthorized use of copyrighted content policy.
Next Steps

What if I have permission to use the content?

then I have to send all information about the group hired me. but with amazon no problem. smooth !!!

I had to provide a .pdf with an official letterhead and the allowance from the brandowner. After uploading this the app was reactivated within a short time.

Yep, I also provided an authorization as suggested by @An Schi for one of my earlier apps...
