Having trouble with the scrollview

I was able to add panels, and I checked to make sure they are being added to the Y coordinate and it does go up with each panel

But the thing wont scroll. Is there anything special I need to do to enable scrolling?

EDIT: I caught it, I have to set the height of the internal panel once done
