Android Question Help! how to draw a point on Google maps?

If I have the long and lat of a point, obtained through the gps chip in my cell phone, then
how can I draw the point on maps. e.g.: I will supply the coordinate say, longitude = 26 and latitude = 55
then the real geographical location will be shown on the map (by a dot or bmp...etc.)

Look for Addmarkers3 in the rich samples of warwound: you can define customized markers and use a bitmap you want.
