iOS Question High Sierra xcode11 wont work

Hi all
Am new to B4i - n learning the hard way about Apple Os

I have an macOS High Sierra- Late 2009 - but the B4i installation requests Xcod11 - which does not run on HighSierra 10.13.6

I saw 9.3 Xcode recommended-

The question is will B4i ever work on High Sierra ? or am I wasting my time trying to use B4i ?

All clues appreciated.

Apple will not accept apps compiled with Xcode 9. You can use the hosted builder to build the app before release.

You may think, "Wait a minute. My mac is too old and out of the list of supported device to install macOS Mojave!"

I found this and you may give it a try:

How to install Mojave on unsupported Macs | AppleInsider

You'll need a very good reason and it'd be best if you didn't do it on your main Mac. However, installing Mojave on some older Macs can be done — and fairly easily. AppleInsider explains if you really must know.
