May I suggest you to briefly describe the wanted app in order to attract some more interest in your offer?
A clue about the economic offer is appreciated, but many reserve it to those they select for the job.
IMHO, time constraint is another important piece of information you should provide.

the time constraint would be 3 months.
The wanted app would be an app against harassment where some "events" would be recorded and stored into the app.
The app would have a button to record camera and store the recorded material linked with "events".
It would also have a twitter button to share the events in twitter.
I would like to see some app developed by the applicant if possible.
