Android Question How can I convert a wav file to mp3 file or any kind of compress audio type using SDK 29 ?

Hi everyone!

I need to convert a wav file to mp3 file or any kind of compress audio file readable using mediaplayer library, all this must be using sdk29 or superior, any ideas??

I would be very helpful if the solution is aplicable to B4J too... ?
