How get a Basic4PPC control name as control?

Hi, I'm working on external Assembly in creating an Instance dynamicly, all works perfectly but unable to convert a String to Control...
I tried with this.Controls[2] but I've to know the parent of this control but it's only available from Basic4PPC with "propname"...

Someone has a suggestion?

Maybe I found, in fact I've just to make a function like control returnControl(Control Name) who return Name as Control coz Basic4PPC converted it...
