How To Access 2nd SIM

I know it was not possible to access 2nd SIM using B4A, in 2011. What's about now? How can I access 2nd SIM to send USSD command?

The problem is not in Basic4android. Android doesn't provide any API to support dual sim.

there are internal phone libraries that do that.....
is not from Google, usually, one of manufacturer is Mediatec, that provides to implement the dual sim management!!!
