Android Question How to build walkie talkie between mobile and ESP32

Dear All,
Greetings,
I need to build Audio Stream, or Walkie-Talkie between ESP32 from one side and Mobile (android) from other side based on WIFI,
i.e. on same network,
Hope to use ESP32 without external I2S device (i.e. using internal I2S in ESP)
