How to create a Facebook app listing for your Android app

I was going through Facebook apps directory today and was surprised to see some Android apps there. For example this one:

Flow for Android | Facebook

This is NOT a Facebook app which will do stuff to your profile. It is actually an Android app which can be installed only on phones. I was under the impression that Facebook app directory is only for Facebook apps. Visit the directory here and search for Android in the small box on the left side (NOT the long one on top)

I wonder how you can create Facebook app listings for your own Android apps. It will help spread the word and also interact with your users.

Any idea how to get such a listing?

I am under the assumption if memory serves me correctly, you can put any 'Facebook' related app on the marketplace.

I know you can put software that is not related to FB on the marketplace as well.

Its just a matter of setting it up as a 'Desktop' application, so people are aware there is a download involved.
