iOS Question How to enable Apple App Store Family Sharing for subscriptions?

It should be made possible for family members to share a subscription to an app in the Apple App Store.

Apple basically offers this possibility, but in the developer environment "Apple Connect" there is no obvious setting to enable this.

Have any of you already had practical experience with this and can possibly share tips or advice?
