B4R Question how to find custom libraries in the libraries folder

guys,
I have one question about custom libraries. I am currently running B4R 2.51 and Arduino 1.8.10. I would like to upgrade to latest arduino and latest B4R but I want to be sure I don't loose any of the custom libraries I have downloaded and using (I know...I should have used the Additional Libraries folder...but I did not unfortunately...).
My concern is that if I install latest B4R it will overwrite the libraries folder and I then may loose the custom libs.
Is there a way to find out which ones are not part of the installation?
One more thing: for B4R v3.31, do I need arduino greater than 1.8.11 ?

Yes.

Make a copy of the libraries folder, move it to a different place and configure it to be the additional libs folder.
The internal ones have higher precedence anyway.

perfetc. thanks. how do you suggest to proceed. First Arduino and then B4R or the other way around?
I really don't want to loose anything...
