Android Question How to find friend's location or another phone location?

Good day everyone!

I want to politely ask on how to start with my own project in making an app FINDING A FRIEND'S LOCATION OR ANY PHONE DEVICES LOCATION THAT IS REGISTERED IN MY PHONE?

If anyone would answer, what libraries that are needed to develop this app.

After that: Think about how to transfer the location from device1 to device2 (There are a lot of options with B4x) and of course about privacy issues.
