Do you mean it shows you the new permissions? This is not stored in your project, it automatically detects what new permissions are needed based on functionality of your app (and it's included libraries)

it's not new permissions, but new informations.
For example you can read something like:
"New in this version
- new managment of ....
- new feature: wifi compliant (not valid in V1)...
- etc"

This information is entered into the Play Store when the new APK is submitted by developer
