B4J Question how to Play video (Stream) from pc to android devices ?

I need to broadcast video from pc to be played on connected android devices like (DLNA or AirPlay)

some directions please

I have successfully streamed using VLC., but the problem now with using VideoView, it is not playing, I tried many formats, some of them starts after long time, other are not playing
