How to Read some items From Text File ?

I Have A Text File This is The Content

CmdLine="/enum /o=Devices.txt
Source1=HP PSC 1400 TWAIN
Source2=WIA-HP PSC 1400
DefaultSource=HP PSC 1400 TWAIN
State=3
Exit=0

I Want To Read The Word "HP PSC 1400 TWAIN" and "WIA-HP PSC 1400" To A list Box.
Is It Possible?

But When I Connect More Than One Scanner My Text File Generate more than 2 sources Like This:-

Source1=HP PSC 1400 TWAIN
Source2=WIA-HP PSC 1400
Source3=HP PSC 1402 TWAIN
Source4=WIA-HP PSC 1402

How To Know How many Sources are in the text file?
Please Help me?
