How to simulate Notification area animation

Hi, i'm looking for a way to add a Panel on the bottom of the screen and to scroll it to view it completly (like the default notification area) and then scroll it again on the bottom... is it possible with b4a?

I think it's possible. You can add a new panel and handle it with panel_touch event. I'll try to write an example when I'm home.
