Android Question How to test In-App billing v3 subscriptions

Hello again ,

has the attached picture but I can't find how to get these testing credit cards I am confused
When testing I can't get similar dialog
I get the normal one where I should add a real credit card

I think you need to use a real credit card.
Those options are to use the real credit card to test if the payments are approved or declined.
Like it says in the page: Licensed testers will not be charged for their purchase.
