I purchased the Enterprise version of Basic4Android with a two year free upgrade. I see it is now on 1.92 so how do I upgrade to this. I did receive an email about upgrading to 1.8 but nothing since then.

When v2.00 is released very soon you'll be able to upgrade to that.

We're beta testing it at the moment.

So will I still have to hope i receive an email to upgrade or is there another way. Beta or not I paid for the 2 year upgrades and i am entitled to them. When will 2.0 be released soon, 1 week soon, 1 month soon? So because i didn't get the email does that mean i don't get the upgrade? I hope we will have a better upgrade plan soon.

Erel has been extremely busy getting the language up to date on a very regular basis, We get more upgrades to this product than Microsoft and the big guys. Since I started a couple of years back upgrades have been coming out every couple of months and I have seen VERY FEW bugs (if any!) with the releases. Usually a Beta release is announced in the forum and paying users are given an opportunity to participate in the Beta. Very soon after (usually within 2-3 weeks) the final release is introduced and you will receive an email with download instructions. I would suggest if you have an questions or complaints write to [email protected]. Support here is impeccable. There are 20,000+ active users and I never had to wait more than 24 hours to get an answer to any question I had about just about anything. Try that with large companies!

thanks,
Ray

20,000+ active users could not have said it any better than that...

Let see how 20 users try that with large companies!
