Android Question httputils problem

Hello

I got an error : Target host must not be null, or set in parameters. in my httputils. it was working fine when the url was starting with http:// but now my server changed and i am not using a domain i se the ip instead. When i write the ip directly it gives this error.

Any ideas ?

also when i add http:// infront of the ip this time i get "JSON ARRAY EXPECTED" error. altough it was working fine with my previous hosting

also when i check the logs it says
response from server : ( the whole php code ) ( i get the whole php code as response instead the values )

seems that the server is misconfigured... Contact your provider
