Well, i don't have much idea as to how i should be dealing with making a music application which runs on data pack. Can somebody please help me and give me tips.

What do you mean with "runs on data pack"?
You should describe more clearly what exactly you want to archieve

All i mean to say is that i want to make an application which can be accessed via Internet(2G,3G,4G) something like live streaming. I need some tips how to make it and how to access the libraries.
