Icon Editor

Trying to learn how to assign the icon to the app. From reading the forum, i downloaded the icon editor from klaus but having a little problem. when I try to run, it said i do not have dzImageDesktop.dll

Is dzImageDesktop user's dll? How can I add additional library? I downloaded a few free icons but they are in .png format. Does icon have to be in .ico format in order to add to the app.

And how do i assign an icon from basic4ppc IDE? Is it from File --> Choose Icon in the IDE?
