I haven't found a way to do this, but it would be nice for an option to automatically open the last project when starting B4A.

It is only 2 clicks away after opening. " File" then the first item in the MRU list!
Or just create shortcuts to your project folders on your desktop and simply navigate to the project file and double-click it. I do this anyway because I also like to have the project folder open while working on it (to access text docs and stuff containing a list of ideas or bugs related to my project).

Just some other ideas. Not that your idea is a bad one, but I think there are easy work-arounds. At any rate, personally I would want it to be an option.
