Android Question IDE cant scroll on my code

Hi!
I am using 2.71 but I cant do scroll into my code. I mean when I do scroll it come back to initial position. The IDE has weird green lines in scroll bar.
Maybe it is a stupid question but I dont know how disable this behaviour on my IDE.

Any cluees ?

That means that you are referencing a library and you have a class with the same name in your code.
