IDE enhancements and changes:

1. It would be desirable if one auh available had a DeConnet button in the IDE in the log tab, because the log information is not always needed.
2. Storage set which tab (modules, files, logs or libs) when you exit the B4A IDE was set so that it opens automatically at startup of the IDE.
3. Create the APK without start the app.
4. In the toolbar a button to stop the B4A IDE.

I would be pleased if the extensions in the next update could be realized.

Would also be awesome to add a bunch of keyboard shortcuts.

Expand and collapse all sub-routines.
Connect and Disconnect to device (I have to Disconnect really frequently).
