Android Question Implement RSA Encryption

Hi.
Have a good time.
I am programming project (android and php) that need to secure data and login.
after search in 4 day in google,i know that RSA encryption is best way to secure.
Is anybody that help me how transmission data with RSA encryption and for each login?

It exists the Andrew Graham's Encryption Library which, if I remember, does RSA.
