Wish Import XML layouts to designer and Export Layout as xml from designer

hi erel
i think thats better if we can import xml layouts into designer directly(without xml layout builder lib) and then change properties of each view and then save it again as xml
so our layouts can usable for all programming languages and also we can use xml layouts directly from designer
note.i know we can convert xml files to json and .bal format but if this future will be added as a internal future then thats seems better
