Android Question Internet permission on the manifest file

where do I find the correct syntax to set up internet permission on the Manifest file. I need it to allow streaming video from the internet with video view.

thanks NJ.. i found the resource and added the INternet permission .. but it still does not play video files. Gives a message saying "Sorry it cannot play this file"

I am trying to play an AVI file.

If you get that error means the encoding is not compatible with Android, that varies from device to device.
