iOS app removal

Hello,

My ios app was removed from the appstore due to a policy violation without a prior warning. I have fixed this and resent an update so it can go online again hopefully. my question is does anyone knows what will happen to my app's performance. I mean , my app was being downloaded around 500 times / day , when it comes back to store , will it be treated as a new app or will it continue to perform like it was before deleteion ?

I presume that it will just continue as normal as it will be classed as an update to an already existing app.
