B4R Question IRremoteESP8266 on ESP32

when try to use IRremoteESP8266 on esp32 i get this error
IRremoteESP8266.cpp:461:11: fatal error: user_interface.h: No such file or directory

Please point me to the place where it is stated that this ESP8266 library works on Esp32.

i assumed that most ESP8266 library well work on Esp32
if no ,any idea how to make same task on ESP32
