Is Spy App Illegal in Your Country ?

I don't know why but maybe it was a self-test of my capability, I have developed an Android app that when installed in a mobile phone allows you to remotely and covertly spy on almost everything on that phone.

It is of course illegal to deploy and illegal to advertise for sale in some countries.
Is it even illegal to develop such an app ?

it's all illegal except when you want to track your kids it seems. (and limit their privacy)

Breach of privacy.. illegal in all countries. It's not illegal to develop anything as long as you are not installing it to someone's phone.

Not illegal to develop and not illegal to sell it too. But illegal to use it
