Android Question Is there an easy way to copy files to/from the emulator's memory?

I want to copy some files to the emulator for various reasons, is there a way to do that?

These are files are not part of any assets of the app, and some are kind of big to be assets.

Normally I would do this using MTP/USB with my device, but the emulator doesn't emulate those.

I know I could use email or Google drive to do it, but I would rather not unless those are the only way.
