Is there an easy way to move an entire folder?

Does anyone know of an easy way to move an entire folder of files and subfolders without tediously doing it one file at a time? The Files object unfortunately doesn't have this method (unless I'm mistaken).

Take a look at THIS library, it has some copy/move features.
