B4J Question Is there is any methods I can connect B4J with SCADA

Hello,
I am using Siemens WinCC 7.4 as SCADA systems.
I want to connect WinCC from B4J to access the Tags from WinCC.

I found the below link :

But not sure about how to deploy and connect the jar files at B4J

Anyone advice whether B4J can be connect to WinCC? If yes.. then any pointer will be helpful
