Android Question Is this false positive antivirus alarm?

I start program in debug mode, the antivirus capture execution of app in dex stage "Access to the path 'D:\appname\Objects\classes3.dex' is denied." and through this alert:
android/spy.agent.cdj
If I ignored it and install the app in debug mode, the mobile antivirus catch the app and show this alert with remove app option: with long path ending with base.apk .
