java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe

I'm seeing this in my Log window and it's causing an FTP Upload failure:

B4X: 
java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe

I tried disconnecting from the Bridge Wireless but it's still showing up on FTP Upload?

I suspected that...but don't know why...I had to switch over to using a USB cable.
