The message was from Microsoft (might be my Daddy). The subject reads "UPDATE TO OUR TERMS OF USE"

Oh dog bones! The body title reads "Your Services Agreement Made Clearer".

Whatever bot-human in Seattle that gets to write this stuff, must be just like me right up to the point they might get fired.
