iOS Question Keep data file after APP uninstal

Hi everybody
I'd like to keep a user generated UUID i use instead of IMEI. Now some customer started to uninstal the APP before installing patches. Since the config file is stored in the sandbox it's deleted with the APP. So we get hundreds of calls: "I'm unable to register again"
Does Anybody know about a workaround...

You can use KeyChain to store anything you want and it is kept when the app is uninstalled
