from this tut, i cant find the \android-sdk\tools\zipalign.exe

android-sdk\build-tools\23.0.2\ <- or maybe another version.... Look in this folder. Here you should find the zipalign
Note to install build-tools in sdk manager

Another option is to use a different key during development and when you are ready to release your app (and you need to use the same key as before) then compile it without signing with the command line builder and then sign it with your key.
